M-CIW CONTINENTAL is a conglamoration of different organizations. M-CIW CONTINENTAL has no championships of it's own. M-CIW North America controls the M-CIW championships. The Continental Wrestling Alliance World's Heavyweight Championship is the top singles title. The American Wrestling Association Continental Championship is the secondary singles title. The recognized tag team title is the International Wrestling Federation Tag Team Championship. The last group represented is UEW (United Empire Wrestling), giving us the British Commonwealth Heavyweight Championship. This last title represents all of the nations in the fromer British Empire which is now refered to as either the British Commonwealth or Commonwealth of Nations. There is one state in the U.S. that associates itself with the B.C.: Hawai'i. They signify this by using the Union Jack, the flag of Great Britain, in their state flag. This title can only be held by or defended against a native citizen from one of the Commonwealth nations or the state of Hawai'i.
